We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Good morning
I have a table with two GPS-coordinates columns (gpsnlatitude) resp. (gpselongitude).
(gpsnlatitude): "float" e.g.: 1.1234 with prefix "N " -> N 1.1234
(gpselongitude): "float" e.g.: 5.6789 with prefix "E " -> E 5.6789
Now I would like a third column (gpslink) to make a link to the openstreetmap.org page as follow:
https://www.openstreetmap.org/?mlat=1.1234&mlon=5.6789&zoom=16
How can I create the link as above from the two cells with the specific data, combined with the rest of the URL?
Thanks a lot and happy easter!
Hifi
Hello Hifi
Thank you for your purchase.
Something like this is only possible with SQL query-based tables. So, if this is a manual table, you can go to the Editing tab, enable it temporarily, to see the "MySQL table name for editing". Copy that name, and create a new SQL query-based table. Let's say the "MySQL table name for editing" is "wp_wpdatatable_1", so the query would be:
I hope that helps.

Hi Aleksandar
Thanks a lot for your fast and good help! I've attached the code once more:
The small but important difference ist:
It took me some time, but for a beginner it was a nice lesson to learn a bit of the syntax ;-)
Kind regards,

Hi again Hifi
Thanks for going through the testing. I'm glad to hear you were able to resolve this.
As for the report builder - please let me know if it works in the end, and if not, please provide me screenshots of the table, and the column settings (for columns which are included in Report Builder), and the template of the report, so I can take a look.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
