    When I create a service and add extra options, however when I create a service package I am not able to offer extra options, I will like to offer the customer to select a service package, and when from making an appointment, they can also add the extra normally offered with this service. How to fix the option extra with the package?

    thank you for reaching out!

    There isn't such possibility in Amelia with its current built-in features, unfortunately, extras will only appear during regular services.

     You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.

    I don't understand how such a feature is overlooked. I need to let people purchase sessions in advance and of course I have options they need to be able to take.


    If this isn't do-able I really don't see how any booking business could be using amelia. Every single booking business needs to sell more than one session and have upsells.


    Please help me with this because I don't see how I couldn't refund if this isn't possible?

    thank you for contacting back; I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

    I am sorry to hear that you are feeling like that; however, I do understand that this is an important feature for your business model. This is why I suggested voting for it in our Feature requests.

    Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.

    If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.

    After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:

    That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.

    I was wondering is it possible then to add an additional plugin to amelia to be able to add extra to the package or directly to the invoice? or in the shopping cart page?
