I noticed that I was not presented with the calendar by clicking "Réserver" on my single product page. I am redirected to the appropriate page but it is a blank canvas between the header and the footer.
Everything is showing well on desktop and on mobile via the inspector, but not on an actual mobile?
Any idea?
Another problem is the fact that I have 2 locations registered but only 1 is showing up when presented with the calendar. I can I make it work properly?
I tried doing so via website link you have provided; I don't see it either, and I think by your description it should go here, in the middle canvas:
I am opening it on a desktop so it is not only a mobile issue apparently.
What does your shortcode for Amelia look like? Is it [ameliabooking location=1]? Is this location connected to all the services and all the employees included?
If so, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Hi, Thank you Ivana, I have flushed the cache and the calendar problem is resolved.
For The location, what I need is for the customer to be able to choose a location between his home or the practice. I can not seem to find a way to do that. How should I go about it?
As advised, you can go by creating 2 locations, and connecting the services to them accordingly - please bear in mind that one employee cannot be booked for the same time for 2 different locations.
Here is a bit more about managing Locations - it is important to make sure that services and locations are connected; and that employees work hours are set per location (in Employee tab, in Work Hours, you will be prompted at which location that particular employee will work).

Hi Jean-Philippe,
it's all right - thank you for contacting back.
From my side this is what I see via desktop:
And this is what is shown on mobile (Android):
Both are usable (I am having an option to go trough with booking normally).
Please let me know which OS are you using to see it, and what browser?
As for the location, Domicile is not assigned to the employee for any working hours:
Location needs to be assigned to both service and employee in order to show up on the frontend booking.
