I followed the documentation and watched the video. It seems like it connected properly based on the instructions however when i open outlook.live.com/calendar (free edition), it's not showing any Amelia appointments, not even the new ones that I put in as a test. I also signed out and in of outlook from both the employee settings and from outlook itself several times. I'm not sure why it won't show the appointments. Please assist.
The account you saw in the video on our documentation is a free account, and it was created literally 5 minutes before we made that video, so it has to work.
Can you please provide me a temporary wp-admin (administrator) user for your website where this happens, and also add me as a collaborator on your Azure platform, so I can remote in and take a look? You can use the email from my signature.
This is a public ticket, so please make sure to enable the PRIVATE response.
I hate that the woocommerce cart automatically cancels the "Add to calendar" feature in the booking process. It's really a critical and necessary feature. IS there a way around this so customers can automatically add the event to their calendars?
Devani, the only workaround is to enable "Send ics file in the notifications" slider in Amelia general settings.
For future reference, when you are posting on tickets that are not yours or if you have questions or issues which are not related to the title of the active ticket, can you please open a new ticket, and we will help you there? In that way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find it easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket because of the reasons that is described already.
Is it possible to integrate calendars with the free version of outlook love calendar and email?
Hello Jeffrey
Of course, you only need to create an account with outlook live, and follow our documentation to make it work.
In the video on the link provided above, you can see how to do it step-by-step.

After reviewing again, the free version of Outlook Live doesn't seem to have the ability to add a URI under “Redirect URIs”.

I ran through everything again and it appears to be working. Thank you.

You're welcome Jeffrey.
Glad I could be of service.
