In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I can export & select from my events a bunch of data to an excel sheet

ECT
However, I can not select an option to include the fee.
I have a pay what you can option so I would prefer not to put this on a spreadsheet manually
Is there somewhere I set this up and add it in, or it set at the current selection?

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You cannot export the price at the moment, nor could you export any custom fields. I will forward this as a feature suggestion to our development team, so hopefully they'll be able to add it in one of our next updates. Just let me know if you need the price to be exported, or some custom field, since you're mentioning "Pay as you can" option, which is not included in the plugin.
