Hi I am interested in using WP amelia for venue booking, I have multiple physical locations that would be booked by days or half days.
There could be price variations depending on the amount of people that would be attending or extra services that they add, can I do this with WP amelia.

Sure - you can add these venues as Services. For different duration of bookings, you can add a Full Day employee, and a Half Day employee, since one rental duration is determined by a service duration and employee's working hours (you can rename employee tag to show as Duration or Rental Time instead).
Price can be set by employee (duration), or service, or the amount of people attending, or extra services added, as well.
