Multiple services for one employee in one day

    Hi, I would like to add multiple booking to one employee in a day.

    My site has only one employee but multiple services (like a daily access, evening access, etc). 

    I would like customers to be able to book daily access and another customer to be able to book evening access on the same day.

    For now, a customer book a daily access for April 3rd and another customer can't book a daily access or an evening access on the same day.

    How could I bypass this problem or solve it ?

    Hi Nadia,

    thank you for reaching out to us!

    You can set employee's schedule to have, for example 8-12am in morning shift for daily service, and another work time from 12am to 8pm for evening service.

    You can do so by going to Amelia > Employee > this employee > Work Hours.

    Create one slot for working hours for daily shift and add daily service, then click on the + symbol next to the name of the day, and you will be able to set another one for a different service.

    Thanks for the reply, but not the settings I want. 
    I would like several clients to be able to reserve a time slot in the same day and the same service.

    I want my client to be able to book daily access on such a day, and another client to be able to book the same day as well. Without going through "Events" because the customer will not have access to additional options.

    Hi Nadia,

    thank you for contacting back.

    In that case you can increase the Maximum Capacity of customers that can book one same time slot in Amelia > Services > that service.

    If you set Max Capacity to 3, then 3 customers will be able to book same time on the same day with a same employee.
