    Hi!

I have everything configured and running, customers can purchase their classes and packages. The thing is, that Amelia doesn't notify me when a package is sold, or an appointment through a package set. Yesterday a customer bought a package, I didn't receive a notification of the purchase or the appointment, and also I can't see in the customer area that the customer has a package (I think it's important to know the status of packages). Today that same customer has scheduled an appointment through the package, and I haven't received nothing either.  The package is sold and paid, so I don't understand why I can't see it or why I don't receive notifications. I guess there is an option for me as administrator to receive all the notifications?

    Thanks in advance.

    María

Also, when a customer needs to retrieve their password, the system does not send an email (although it says the email is sent), so it's impossible to reset the password.

    Hello María

    Thank you for your purchase.

When a package is sold, if you enabled "Package Purchased" email notification, the employee assigned to the purchased appointments should receive an email about this. You also need to configure the %package_appointments_details% placeholder below that notification template.

Each appointment is displayed in Amelia/Appointments, but under the dates that they were booked. If no appointments were booked when the package is purchased, it will not appear in Appointments section.

As for the password reset email - that's the "Customer Panel Access" notification - check if that's enabled in Amelia/Notifications.

    Kind Regards,

Thank you for your answer Aleksandar. It seems that the customer panel issue is working right now (even though I did not change nothing, the customer panel access notification was already turned on).

I have also solved the thing about receiving notifications about packages sold by putting my email in the "send all notifications to additional accounts", but that is not a solution, as I am receiving the email sent to the trainer, and also the email sent to the customer, each time. So, is there a solution so I can receive a mail when a booking us done or when a package is sold? as I am the administrator and my employees do not need to know if a customer has bought a package or not.

Also, what about packages sold? How can I see what packages a customer has? If I don't know how many sessions they have remaining, I can't be aware in case I want to give them a discount for renovating or something....

Please can you help me with those issues. The rest seems to work pretty well, it has been very easy to set and I am happy as my customers find easy to make the bookings and buy the packages.

Thank you again, I wait for your answer.

    Best,

    María

    Hi again María

Unfortunately, at the moment, you can only receive all email notifications that are sent through Amelia, meaning you, as an admin, can receive emails that go to your employees and customers by default.

So, if a package is booked, the email will go to your employee and your customer (if you enable those notifications), and you can't exclude employees from receiving those emails, so they are sent only to you.

The only insight you have into packages is in Appointments page - each appointment will have the packages icon next to it, and you won't see the price for that particular appointment, since they paid for the whole package, not the appointment. At the moment, you cannot see how many appointments they have left or how many packages they purchased.

This would be a great feature, so I'll forward this to our development team, but I'll kindly ask you to add it as a feature suggestion on this page. Features are pushed up on our "to-do" list when there are a lot of customers requesting those features, so having your vote as a customer can be beneficial to this feature being developed sooner.
