When our service providers add a job to their end of their google calendar should it block out that slot in the Amelia calendar? It's something that we just can't seem to get right and our providers are having to block out whole days in their portals under the 'special days' tab to stop double bookings but this isn't ideal as they might only need to block half of the day.
In order for Amelia slots to be unavailable when your provider makes an event in Calendar, you need to have Amelia pull Busy slots from the calendar.
This option is in Amelia > Settings > Integrations > Google Calendar, and it is called Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots. Once this is enabled, scroll down and set Maximum Number Of Events Returned to 2000.
This will make sure that Amelia "sees" and makes busy as many busy days and times in your provider's integrated calendar.
