On my web site I host fragrance parties. Some times customers select a date for my assistance but I also have a "Do It Yourself" option. I was wondering is there any way to make the select a date portion optional?

The date and time selection is a compulsory step in the booking process, therefore it can't be skipped at the moment.
You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
