In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I need to automate appointment scheduling to send scheduled Amelia appointments to NICS ERP software who are building a custom API for this. Is this something I can do in the WebHooks section?

It depends on how exactly you want this integration to work.
You can create a webhook in Amelia in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations for one of the actions available there, and you need to provide the URL of that other tool where data is caught.
In our documentation, we provided an example of using Webhooks in Amelia with Zapier so you can check that out here. Maybe you can connect Amelia to that other tool via Zapier, or maybe directly, but that depends on that other tool, you need to check that out there. Amelia sends data via a hook to the URL you provide in the needed field in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations.
We have added WebHooks as an option in our plugin so you can connect WebHooks over Zappier with another tool so the customer's data and appointment's data can be sent after each booking, canceling and/or rescheduling action.
