We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hi Bishop,

    thank you for reaching out to us!

    Please advise, are you referring to changing a number code, as in a country code? You can set up the option Default phone country code to Identify country code by user's IP address so that it can detect customer's country when they type out the calling ID; for example if they type 39 it will show Germany as this is their area calling code.

    Please let me know about more details so that I can instruct you correctly where to change this.

    Thank you for your reply but No, I specifically wrote that the "PLACEHOLDER PHONE NUMBER" in the form. I want to change it so there is NO placeholder phone number there at all. It's confusing to our users.

    I need it NOT to have a phone number their at all and just be blank. We are NOT talking about just the country code.

    thank you for clarifying.

    Unfortunately, the phone number example placeholder cannot be removed with any means.

     You can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if there is such request there and vote for it.
