Looking to change my appointment booking system for a restaurant website that I manage for a client.
Is there a way to use Amelia for this purpose? I assume that we would have the tables as services. Are group booking possible, where we have multiple tables of the same type (such as 3 x outside round tables of six).
Are timeslots variable so that some one could book say a 2 hour slot rather than a 1 hour slot?
Have other users built booking systems with Amelia?

You can use tables as Services, or even Employees, if one table is managed by one employee.
However, when it comes to multiple bookings services are a better option - bookings of more services are possible if the client books one, goes back and books another.
Or via Packages, books multiple at once.
As timeslots depend on employees, and must be predefined, you would need to determine ahead of time how long will one booking last.
Amelia is made for booking purposes, however, it has a use in many aspects of bookings. If you decide to make a purchase and find that it is not appropriate for your business model, you can contact us within 15 days of purchase for a full refund.
