Employee's panel uses the time zone you configured in WordPress' General Settings. If that time zone is not the same as the time zone you're actually in, the times will be different on your employee's Employee Panel.

The Time Zone setting on the site is Vienna, and I'm located in Austria.
So this is certainly not the cause of the difference in times
The funny thing is:
If I disable "show bookings in local time" then the time in the eMail-confirmation is wrong and the time on the "my bookings" page is correct.
We found the problem.
Another plugin manipulated the time.
You can close the ticket.
