We have a placeholder for the service name, and similar information; unfortunately, there is no placeholder that would have a "name" of the appointment. Could you specify a bit more about this appointment ID maybe we can find a workaround?
Every generated (created / created by the user) appointment certainly has an internal ID (combination of numbers and letters), right? We would like to include this ID (combination of numbers / letters) in the form (for a better / clearer assignment).
See last post - short description:
Your appointment ID is: "12345_name" or "13ret54wer564Fr54"
A kind of sequential number (as usual with orders)
Hallo,
Where/what is the placeholder/variable for the (an kind of) appointment ID.
Like: "Dear User, your appointment ID is: 12345_name"
Thanks for your quickly help. G, Mike

Hi Mike,
thank you for the kind reply.
Yes, just replace the files.
Placeholder does not appear yet, we will integrate it in the future updates. For now you need to type it in manually or copy it from this ticket.
