We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I understand it's not possible at the moment to include attachment uploads in employee notifications - is this something that will be available in the future?
It is also pretty important that out clients are able to upload word and excel docs - will this be possible?

At the moment, it's only possible to send an attachment as a link into the notification that goes to the Employee.
Your clients (if you are referring to clients who are booking appointments), can upload files while booking appointments - you can add a Custom Field attachment into the booking form.
Hi - yes I know this - but they can't upload word or excel documents (all those options are blocked out)

I'd like to explain in a bit more detail:
The attachment that can be sent to employee, is the one that customer can upload to the booking form if you add Custom Field Attachment (if your bookings require customers to provide any additional document).
You would put a placeholder of this custom field into template for Employee, and they would be able to see the attachment customer sent immediately.
