We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Calendar Feeds
Do you have a link that I can use to following URLs to either download a static feed (not auto-updating) or paste the URL into your favorite calendar app (Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, etc.) as a subscription?
Hello Mark
Thank you for your purchase.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Can you please explain to me, in a bit more detail, what you would like to do with the plugin?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

I would like to have when a customer makes an appointment that I get a automatic feed/notice to my ical calendar. I recall some apps have a subscription link where it does it. When I am on the road, having it on my iCal calendar is useful...
Attached is a snap shop of the booking app i used before that automatically (once I subscribed to the feed) added it to my ocalander.
Please advise... Thanks
Hi again Mark
We don't have an integration with iCal, so adding appointments in the same manner they are added to Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar is not possible.
In Amelia's General Settings, you can enable the "Send ics file in the notifications" slider, so the ICS file is sent to you and your customers. You would be able to add that to your iCal.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Thanks... BUT I would like it to automatically be added to my iCal.
Part 2: If you go to www.markcrear.com and click appointment:
1) It takes tooo long to load
2) & then, I want my customers to have a choice to pay on-site or pay via credit card.
It only allows me one or the other.
Im thinking that I just want to cancel my subscription and am requesting a FULL refund as soon as possible.
Thanks again...
Mark
Hi again Mark
Unfortunately, we don't yet have integration with iCal, so automation is not possible.
As for the payment - you need to check your Services. When you access the service - make sure both options are enabled.
I'm sorry to hear that you don't want to use the plugin after purchase.
Please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
If you don't see it, and you're using a screen with width lower than 1600px, you will need to scroll through that screen horizontally to see the button.
After you submit a refund request, you will not receive any confirmation emails, but you will see that the button is grayed out:
That means that the refund request is successfully submitted, and that you will receive your refund in 5 - 7 business days.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
