May I kindly ask you to proceed in English, as I would like to make sure that the correct information is exchanged.
At the moment, we are unable to influence the information that is requested from the customer in the WooCommerce window, unfortunately - we can manage what is seen in Amelia only. Woo Commerce integration serves only as a payment gateway, and Amelia's data is separate. This is why customer is requested for details in both as we have separate databases.
Ok, so the reality is that there is no true integration since there is no point if it goes wrong. My other question has not been answered, how does the client create his account from the frontend, from the same website?
if you are referring to WooCommerce account, again, Amelia can only be set to create Amelia Customers and allow them to log in as Amelia Customers. There are no means unfortunately to log in from Amelia into WooCommerce personal account directly by logging into Amelia.
You have not understood me, it is clear that the integration with woocommerce does not really work well, what I would only have left is to use AMELIA without woocommers.
My question is clear, I mean only AMELIA, how does the client create their account from the interface, from the website itself?
In regards to Amelia Customers, you can go to Amelia > Settings > Roles > enable Automatically create Amelia Customer user - in this way, when someone makes a first booking they will automatically be given Amelia Customer Panel access / login.
