We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I am finding that when I book appointments in, the calendar invite that is subsequently being sent to the customer is wrong sometimes. E.g. I booked an appointment today for 2.45pm tomorrow but although the initial email is right, its right in calendar and appointments, the calendar invite is saying 3.45pm.

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    Please make sure you set your WP Time Zone to a city, not to  UTC format.

    Also, please check if the "Show booking slots in client time zone" option is enabled in Amelia -> general settings. If it is, and your Client's Time Zone in his/her operation system (i.e. computer) or Google account is different from yours, that's what can cause the issue.

    Hi Liza, I have updated my wp time zone to London and have selected "Show booking slots in client time zone".

    I have just sent out an appointment for 7.50pm and the email from Amelia that went to the client and to me said 6.50pm but the appointment says 7.50pm and the calendar 7.50pm. Please help!

    Hi, Leanne!

    Could you please provide us temporary WP Admin access, so we will look into the issue from the inside? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode. 

    We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
