We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

URGENT: How to stop/no longer accept future bookings for an existing employee?

    Hi,

I need to stop/prevent future bookings for a particular employee for an existing service (Service A).

This employee has accepted bookings 2 months in advance for Service A. Now, this employee wants to do Service B instead, and stop further bookings for Service A for him.

When I try to remove the employee as an assigned employee from Service A, I get an error saying "Provider has appointments for this service."

When I try to remove Service A from the employee directly, I also get the same error "Provider has appointments for this service."

I also don't want to remove Service A completely, because other employees are still providing Service A.

How can I stop people from booking this employee for Service A going forward? This employee will still be committed to rendering the service for those who have already booked Service A appointments during these 2 months, but wants to prevent further bookings for Service A.

This is urgent, as these bookings are still flooding in and there's no way we can stop it without affecting the other employees doing Service A.

Please advise and help -- I can't seem to get around this somehow.

    Hi Alec,

thank you for reaching out to us!

I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.

Since program does not allow the employee to be removed from the existing services until appointments are completed, you can do the following.

    • Go to Employee's Profile
    • Go to Days Off
    • Set their Days Off from the last appointment you wanted to accept (e.g. you only wanted them to work on service A until 31st of March; cancel all appointments after that), and set Off days from that day until furthest possible (end of the year or this same time next year.
    • In this way no more appointments will show until that date.

    I hope this helps!

    Hi Ivana,

    I think you misunderstood!

I want this employee to stop receiving future bookings only for Service A, but continue to receive bookings for Service B. If I do your method, this employee cannot receive bookings for Service B.

    Please advise.

    Thanks!

    Hi Alec,

As I understand it you need to go into the service you don't want that employee being booked for (service A) and go down to the employees tab, you can untick the employee/s from there and they won't show up when a customer is trying to book .
