I noticed that the woocommerce integration and the Amelia integration are kind of duplicated...Things like coupon codes and login username/password is a little confusing. How can I make sure that I'm using ONLY the Amelia login details and coupon details on the front end?
For example, setting a new appointment using the frontend booking system: the appointment steps are nice in the beginning, it will take you to a page where you set up the appointment and can apply the coupon code, but when you go to the woocommerce step to enter the payment there is a place to put in a DIFFERENT coupon code. The user won't know that and might enter the coupon code here. How can I mask one vs. the other. And Also for login. Your booking step by step form asks for the users email, and then the woocommerce form picks up and asks if you're a returning customer or putting in username/password details here would go into the WOOCOMMERCE setup, not Amelia. This is very confusing. Which plugin should I be using for what purpose?? I would like to keep it simple and use the Amelia setup for everything BUT the payment where Woocommerce picks up the payment details. We're using Woocommerce's authroize.net merchant account so we prefer to use Woocommerce for this detail. Your demos all specify this is recommended so this was one of the criterias why we chose this plugin.
Please advise as soon as possible. I am in a jam and trying to hit a deadline.
thank you for reaching out to us; I apologize for the later response, as we don't work on weekends.
I see that my colleague has provided a reply to this inquiry in another ticket, so please kindly continue the correspondence there, and we can close this one as a duplicate.
