I've worked out a solution to this TY.
If this appeals to anyone this is how I have done it,
Services are set to €0.00 and I have added extras that attract no additional time.
One €1 = €1.00 and you can obviously add multiples.
This will work for what we want with the client setting the price for the service they can afford.
