We would like users with the Editor role to have the same privileges as users with the Amelia Employee role. We installed the User Role Editor plugin for this and gave the Editor role 12 additional permissions, but unfortunately the editors still do not have access to Amelia.
You can try to add the roles to Editor like you did, but we can't guarantee that this will work, unfortunately, as Editor isn't an Amelia role, and the plugin doesn't recognize it as such, so it doesn't give permissions to it - since it isn't an Amelia role it can't access Amelia. There isn't a possibility for custom roles to access and see Amelia.
You can only try changing the Amelia Manager or Employee or Admin role and if you need other access/ permissions for this user in your WP , you can give them more roles using the plugin User role editor - with it users can have more than one role in WP, so you can give them both Amelia Manager and some other user role, if that can help you achieve what you need.
