We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

We are hosting a scanning day for a dental practice, due to Covid, people need specific slots every 30 minutes.
I am trying to make 30 minute slots booking available for one employee, for one day (say 19th April) only, at one location for one service. Is this possible or does it have to be an event, which does not allow 30 minute slots?

You will most likely need to create a service that lasts 30 minutes.
To do that, make sure the Default Time Slot Step in Amelia's Settings is a number with which 30 can be divided by (5, 10, 15 or 30). When you select a time slot step (for example 30 minutes), you will be able to create a 30-minute-long service.
Then, in your employee's profile, you can create a Special Day for April 19th, where you will select only that service.
