We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

We're moving from a booking system on Wix. That system allows you to purchase individual appointments from the events calendar.

Alternatively you can purchase a subscription which grants you free access to book on to all the calendar events.

The subscription is a monthly fee.

We've installed Woocommerce Members and Subscriptions. Is there anything we can do to connect the two systems, or do you offer subscriptions within Amelia?

    Hi, Josh!

I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

And thank you for choosing Amelia.

I'm afraid there's no way to integrate two systems but custom work.

Our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future. But we can recommend these services for customization:

    https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1

    https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins

They do develop such solutions, so if you consider custom work as a possible solution, you can contact them.

Besides that, Amelia doesn't have a subscription feature yet (it was requested a few times but there is plenty of more popular requests, which means the subscription feature will be implemented later). But there are Packages of Services. It is a feature that allows creating packages of multiple appointments (of the same or different services). In that case, the services that are included in the package and the number of appointments will be fixed, and the price will be set for the whole package. You can see more information here.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Best Regards.
