In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have a pre sale query before purchasing WP Amelia :
1) Our store is set up with WooCommerce , so WP Amelia will support any payment gateway that Woo supports ?
2) After adding the employes, can we have an employee archive page and an employee single plage in the frontend ?
we just need to show individual employee's profile page on our site where we can show the emplyee's profile pic , skills , work experience and stuffs like that

1) Our store is set up with WooCommerce , so WP Amelia will support any payment gateway that Woo supports ? - Yes, that's correct (if these getaways are available in your country). Please note that WooCommerce is being used only for payments in Amelia, therefore some features like a cart or Woo login are not supported by this integration.
2) After adding the employes, can we have an employee archive page and an employee single plage in the frontend ? - It is not possible to create separate pages for Employees in Amelia (since Amelia doesn't have any page building features). But you can create these pages with the page builder you use and then add separate booking forms for each Employee, so only the Services provided by a selected Employee will be available on a form.
