After I enabled the "Follow table filtering",and tried to place my chart together with data source table in same page. My chart didn't show up again .I found out that this one is different to the issue occured in wpDataTables version 3.4.1.
Please provide us with a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Thank you, but it seems the login credentials are incorrect. Our developers were not able to login with the one you provided. Could you please review and resend the credentials.
On your server Jquery event like window load and document ready are treated differently so we had to change the following file wp-content/plugins/wpdatatables/assets/js/wpdatatables/wdt.chartsRender.js and now it works fine on Mozilla as well.
This will have to be fully tested before it is added to the plugin's core. In case this is not added in the next plugin update you will have to manually update the file again so it would work properly on Mozilla, just make sure to turn off Minify JS in the Custom CSS and JS tab in the plugin's main settings.
Please find the file attached and save it in case you have to update it manually after the update.
Do let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
