We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I forgot my Purchase code first off so i cant access support
I have Stripe as the Payment gateway. I just want to be able to hold the credit card before the time of service. How to I set that up on amelias booking for the smoothest experience for the customer when requesting appointments? I dont want them to think they are being charged when they are just trying to request a booking.

Your purchase code can be found in the email we sent you after the purchase, there you have credentials for the TMS Store, where you can access your purchase code and plugin anytime. Please check your inbox and the Spam folder.
Unfortunately, at the moment it's not possible either to hold the amount or to save the card details for the later payment. The payment has to be complete at the moment of booking.
Soon we will implement deposit payments (hopefully in the next update or the one after). Probably it can be a solution if you don't want to charge the whole amount in advance.
Also, you can suggest that as a feature request here, or check if this request was already submitted and vote for it.
