I just purchased the Amelia pro package as an upgrade from the basic because I wished to use the packages.
However, I have deleted and installed the new download of Amelia, and also updated the purchase code in the activation settings page and I still cannot access packages on the services page.
Please explain how this is possible.

Please clear your site and browser cache and try again.
If it doesn't work, please provide us with temporary WP Admin login, so we will be able to look into the issue from the inside.
You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
