I am trying to connect multiple outlook calendars to your plugin. The azure account that is been used to create the api connection has access to the calendars and users in the organisation and the integration does not complain about any errors. Yet none of the calendars are syncing either towards Amelia or the other way.
I don't know if I missed granting access to something specific in the api at azure or if this is just not the way it's suppose to work?
Could you please tell me in the right way to connect multiple employees calendars and syncing them the way described?
The Azure account that you used for setting up the integration is meant to be used only for establishing the connection between Amelia and Azure services.
In order to sync Amelia with Employees' Calendars, they have to be added to each Employee's profile separately:
Please note that it can be done only from the back-end, so your Employees will have to access their profiles and sign in with their Outlook accounts.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
I can see the event in the employees calendar and in Amelia now but is there an option where customers can't schedule times where the employee has something else booked in their calendar? Cause I can't see any of their "none Amelia" events in the calendar and I managed to schedule a time where the employee had another event.
Sorry for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
If you enable the "Remove Outlook Calendar Busy Slots" option in Amelia -> Settings -> Integrations -> Outlook, then the busy slots in Outlook Cal won't be available for booking in Amelia. However, I'd like to mention that these busy slots won't be shown in Amelia on the back-end (they will be just unavailable, but they won't be displayed), and also it is possible to "block" the slots from the original Outlook Cal, so if you add other Calendars to this one, the busy slots that are imported from them won't be recognized as unavailable by Amelia.
Also, please set the "Maximum Number Of Events Returned" on the same Integrations settings page to 999 (or any other biggest number you can see):
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
