We purchased your module yesterday. Everything works great but we are looking for a way that endless bookings can be placed.
For example our employee "John" will have an appointment with a customer today at 11am, however we want it to be possible that another customer can also have an appointment with "John" at that same time. We know it sounds weird but due to COVID our customer would like to receive as many (endless) appointments. They said they will 'handle' it.
Is this possible?
In the Settings -> Appointments, we already enabled both the options "Allow booking below minimum capacity" and "Allow booking above maximum capacity", but this doesn't do the trick.
Please let us know asap, or maybe some workaround?
I do understand the convenience this would have, and it does not seem weird at all - Amelia is often used to organize tours, for example, that have 20 available spots in one time slot with one tour guide.
Have you tried increasing the slots of that service to, let's say 5 or 10 or even a 50 people in Amelia > Services > that particular service > Maximum Capacity. Once you do this, if you don't want more than x number of people to apply for John's one time slot, please go back and disable Allow Booking Above Maximum Capacity.
Just bear in mind that it will take all of 50 people to book the service for this slot in order for the booking to close as Full.

Hi Ralf,
thank you for contacting us!
I do understand the convenience this would have, and it does not seem weird at all - Amelia is often used to organize tours, for example, that have 20 available spots in one time slot with one tour guide.

Please let me know if this helped!
Hi Carlos,
yes, exactly - this was implemented in order to prevent an employee being double booked on accident.
If one employee can handle more than one customer for one time slot, you can increase Maximum Capacity for that service.
