We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I am using Amelia 3.1.2. Almost everything is working.

    However, among the next day event reminders, the following placeholders for employees,
    It doesn't seem to work.(just blank)

    %employee_full_name%
    %employee_email%
    %employee_last_name%
    %employee_first_name%

    I've checked it many times, so I think it's probably easy to reproduce.

    Hi, Masa!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

    Could you please tell if you tested it by booking or just sending test emails (in this case, placeholders won't be filled with any test data and will remain blank)?

    Also, please make sure you have assigned an Employee to the Event you are testing.

    Thank you for your reply.
    Of course what i have tested is event booking (NOT test mail)

    Only reminder placeholders for customers the day before the event aren't working.
    Other than that, there is no problem with reminders for employees. Please check.

    Our QA engineer also tested the placeholder and that's correct: there's a bug.

    Our developer will code a fix for it that will be added to the next update.

    I will contact you once the fix is ready, so you will receive it earlier. Sorry for this inconvenience.

    This issue has been fixed in April, 2021, with version 3.2:

    BugFix: Fixed issue with employee’s placeholders in the Event Next Day Reminder notification
