I would like to make Japanese holidays a day off, but it is troublesome to set them all manually. I'm wondering if I can use JavaScript or Google Calendar to set a specific date on the calendar on amelia as a day off. Is there any formal way?
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can configure Google Calendar Integration, and link your employees to their Google Calendars. If the holidays are saved as busy events, and you've enabled "Remove Google Calendar Busy Slots" in Amelia Settings/Integrations/Google Calendar, your employees will not work during those days, and they'll be unavailable.
