We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Dear Customer support,
When an anonymous customer is using the appointment booking formula, wordpress users of the company receive the data filled by the customer.
We would like to store the url data in an additional field or possibly on the internal Note.
Concrete example:
How would we be able to store the parameter "form_id=<some_unique_id>" ?
(Please note that we are using the French translation and the name of the fields are probably not called exactly how we translated it back)
Also we noticed that Amelia has access to the session data of the user (e-mail is prefilled with the word-press account user data). What we need is basically the same process, with form_id instead of the word-press user account.
Many thanks you in advance for your help!
Hi, Francisco!
Thank you for choosing Amelia.
1. It seems that the most suitable solution is to use Internal Notes in the Customer's profiles or in the Appointment modal:
These notes can be added manually, it's not possible to automatize the process.
2. Also we noticed that Amelia has access to the session data of the user (e-mail is prefilled with the word-press account user data). What we need is basically the same process, with form_id instead of the word-press user account. - I'm afraid it's not possible to replace Customer data with a booking form ID. Maybe it can be achieved with some custom work, but not with the built-in features. May I ask you what is your aim for that? Since there could be another solution available.
Best Regards.
Thank you Liza, I will check with my developer what we can do. Maybe we will come back to you with some questions. To explain, we have a website where users can participate to some quizzes aboute their financial behaviors. At the end of the quiz, my client do not want to show the results, but would like to book a meeting to communicate the results to the user. the only way we could match the results with the client contact is when he will fill in the amelia booking form.
Hi, Francisco!
I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.
Thank you for the clarification.
I'm afraid it can be achieved only with some custom work.
Amelia can send information about bookings through webhooks to another plugin or service, but can't receive it.
Our developers are very busy at the moment, so they won't be having the time for custom work in the near future. But we can recommend these services for customization:
https://codeable.io/?ref=l1TW1
https://wpkraken.io/?tms-plugins
They do develop such solutions, so if you consider customization as a possible solution, please contact them.
Best Regards.
