I have creating several services in WP Amelia and now, I would like to translate it in english and dutch. I am using WPML and unfortunately, I have discovered that WPML does not support the translation of dynamic content (such as the creation of my services). Could you confirm ?
I read that there was the possibility to use Loco Translate. So I installed it and went to Extensions > Amelia. But I don't see any "Dynamic content' that I have created. IS it normal ?
Could you help me and tell me how we can translate these dynamic content = different services that I have created (see in screenshot, how can I translate it) ?
Unfortunately, at the moment there are few limitations with WPML: names of services, categories, custom fields and message templates cannot be translated into multiple languages because you create those and they are shown just in the language in which you create them.
However, this is on our to-do list and WPML will be fully supported in the next update or the one after.

To be honest, we don't really have any data on our customers' solutions, so we can't tell you what they use instead. I believe the idea you came up with is one of the easiest workarounds that can be achieved.
Actually, you can separate the booking forms for Services in different languages. For example, by placing them on different pages. So, the Services in English can be added to the Category "English" with ID =1 and placed on one page through the [ameliacatalog category=1] shortcode, etc.

I have now another problem: in order to avoid to rewrite everything, I have duplicated a service and I would like to go in each duplicated service and just traduce the title.
When cliking on this duplicated service, the loading Amelia button appears and the service page is never appearing (see screenshot): ID 24 has been duplicated from ID 5. When clicking on a service, it is impossible to make the page appear.
There was no such bug reported, at least until now.
Could you please provide us a temporary WP Admin access and PhpMyAdmin (or any other tool you use for database administrating) credentials, so we will investigate the issue? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.
We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.
However, duplication of Categories still doesn't work flawlessly: Services are not connected to Employees, Extras and Service settings are not duplicated. We will work on it and add a fix to the next update, but at the moment we would recommend you duplicate Services instead.

One solution would be to multiply the number of services by the number of languages. But not so efficient as the list would be really long ?

Our developer added a fix to this bug.
