    Hello,
    I only have personalized schedules which are never the same depending on the days, the weeks and the departments.
    When I create specific schedules it's ok for the days in question, but the days I don't work, all schedules are available.
    How can we prevent them from being?

    Hi Stéphane,

    thank you for the kind inquiry.

    If you have schedules that are different every week, you can enter them via creating Special Days.

    You are referring to available (on the days that you don't work) as still available for taking appointments?

    Yes, I have created special days but the schedules for the days where I do not work still appear.

    Hi Stéphane,

    thank you for the kind reply.

    Can you tell me if you have removed all of your working hours from Employees > You > Employee Work Hours? Once you don't have any working hours on the standard Monday - Sunday list there, your off days should not appear.

    Also, in case that you have more employees on that service, the appointments that appear will be for them, so this may be the case as well.

    there is only one employee on this site and i just deleted the working week hours in "employee" and it seems to be working now.

    Another quick question, for a second site, I have to set recurring schedules but every other week.
    The service is closed every other week.

    How to do it?

    Hi Stéphane,

    thank you for letting me know; glad to hear it worked!

    For the second site, I would also recommend manually entering special dates, because if you use the working week hours, the service will repeat weekly and will not be able to skip every second week.

    This is not automatized yet, Stéphane, I apologize; I understand that entering multiple dates manually is a bit time consuming; you can suggest it as a Feature Request, to have some form of skipping available for working weeks, so that users can vote on it and we can consider it for implementation.

    suddenly, wouldn't it be faster to set the default recurring schedules and to put 1 week out of 2 in closed?

    Hi Stéphane,

    it would be, however, at the moment you can only see one week in the schedule, so it would be needed to set up weekly hours, then come back on the weekend to delete them, and come back next week to set them up again.

    I have 2 services (A and B) at the same time, on the same day and at the same time, if a customer books service A, logically service B will no longer be available?

    Hi Stéphane,

    if you have one same employee assigned to both A and B yes.

    Once someone books 11am in A for this employee, 11am will become unavailable in B.

    Hello Ivana,

    I come back to you.
    For the same employee, in a time slot 2:15 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., he offers several treatments: 2 of 2 hours and 2 of 1 hour
    For 2-hour treatments it's ok, but for 1-hour treatments, I would like them to be offered at specific times:
    2:15 p.m. - 3:15 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. and 5:15 p.m.
    Amelia offers me schedules every 15min, which I don't want

    Hi Stephane,

    My mistake, I apologize, I wanted to ask if tried to enable this option, so that the next appointment would start when the first one ends.

    If this does not work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    thank you for sending the password again - I made changes in the settings, adjusted service time slot step to be aligned with service duration (so that the next slot offers in 1 hour not 15 minutes).

    Here is how it looks now:

    Hi Stéphane!

    The setting that was changed was one of the service duration options:

    Use service duration for booking a time slot.

    This means if service lasts 1 hour, next available appointment will be only after 1 hour, not earlier, not later.

    1. My appointments are only on 'specific days', so I cannot add an appointment in the bac-end, tell me if I am wrong?
    2. In addition, I cannot assign a specific appointment, it is well displayed in the back-end, but does not appear in the front-end.

    Hi Stéphane,

    thank you for the kind message; I am well - I hope you are, too!

    1. Even when a service is on Special Days, you should be able to create a backend appointment - do you have an employee connected to this service, and is their work time long enough to fit this service's duration?

    2. Is Tao 2 hours long? Do you have any other employee's in Tao on the 15th? Are there any active appointments currently for that day?

    Please let me know.

    Also, when you have questions or issues which are not related to the active ticket please open a new one, and we will gladly help you there. 

    This way, issues and questions which are related to different subjects will be in different tickets so other customers or our support agents can find them easily. Our policy is to have one issue or question per ticket.

    1. The only employee is well connected to this service and I wanted to add it in 'specific days', it works for the other days, but not for the 15th…
    2. Yes, Tao lasts 2 hours, there are no other employees' pad and yes I have 2 other appointments today in Tao from 10h00 to 12h00 and from 14h00 to 16h00

    Hi Stéphane,

    I used the credentials that you earlier provided for me for another issue, in order to go into Admin and see how we can manage the current issue. 

    However, I was continuously rejected while trying to navigate the back end with the following message on the blank screen:

    Vous êtes un spammeur, un pirate informatique ou une mauvaise personne.

    Can you please advise if credentials changed, or if another security measure was implemented into your site to prevent spamming (which is really good - that kind of security is very helpful for a site holder, to make sure that there are no invasive thirdparty loginssmile.png).

    Just please advise me how to avoid this obstacle.

    1. If you already have an appointment for the 15th for that employee in another service, this could be the reason why the appointment cannot be made; as one employee can have only one time slot in one service at a time.

    2. Have you attempted setting this service (Tao) for the same employee same time for another day? Does it work?

    3. Have you set anything in your Days off? This could override the Tao 16-18 not giving the option to be booked.

    I would see more however, as advised, your website has me blocked (which, again, is a great security measure - I would just need access for this).

    Hi Stéphane,

    it seems that multiple special days, set on the same day with different times, caused the conflict.

    You can try a workaround, and set multiple times within one day instead.
