I only have personalized schedules which are never the same depending on the days, the weeks and the departments.
When I create specific schedules it's ok for the days in question, but the days I don't work, all schedules are available.
How can we prevent them from being?

Can you tell me if you have removed all of your working hours from Employees > You > Employee Work Hours? Once you don't have any working hours on the standard Monday - Sunday list there, your off days should not appear.
Also, in case that you have more employees on that service, the appointments that appear will be for them, so this may be the case as well.

For the second site, I would also recommend manually entering special dates, because if you use the working week hours, the service will repeat weekly and will not be able to skip every second week.
This is not automatized yet, Stéphane, I apologize; I understand that entering multiple dates manually is a bit time consuming; you can suggest it as a Feature Request, to have some form of skipping available for working weeks, so that users can vote on it and we can consider it for implementation.

If this does not work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

2. Is Tao 2 hours long? Do you have any other employee's in Tao on the 15th? Are there any active appointments currently for that day?

I used the credentials that you earlier provided for me for another issue, in order to go into Admin and see how we can manage the current issue.
However, I was continuously rejected while trying to navigate the back end with the following message on the blank screen:

Can you please advise if credentials changed, or if another security measure was implemented into your site to prevent spamming (which is really good - that kind of security is very helpful for a site holder, to make sure that there are no invasive thirdparty logins).
Just please advise me how to avoid this obstacle.
1. If you already have an appointment for the 15th for that employee in another service, this could be the reason why the appointment cannot be made; as one employee can have only one time slot in one service at a time.
2. Have you attempted setting this service (Tao) for the same employee same time for another day? Does it work?
3. Have you set anything in your Days off? This could override the Tao 16-18 not giving the option to be booked.
I would see more however, as advised, your website has me blocked (which, again, is a great security measure - I would just need access for this).

If you have schedules that are different every week, you can enter them via creating Special Days.
You are referring to available (on the days that you don't work) as still available for taking appointments?

Once someone books 11am in A for this employee, 11am will become unavailable in B.

The setting that was changed was one of the service duration options:
Use service duration for booking a time slot.
This means if service lasts 1 hour, next available appointment will be only after 1 hour, not earlier, not later.

it seems that multiple special days, set on the same day with different times, caused the conflict.
You can try a workaround, and set multiple times within one day instead.
