    Hi there,

    we have a problem.

In the Working Hours & Days Off Settings we have set the times when we work.

But when we look into the frontend where the customer can book, the times are not the same. They differ with 1h.

We have set the times in the backend to 10-17, but in the frontend the customer sees 09-16.

    Why is that?

Timezones are set correctly in wordpress and dont differ to the systems time zones.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Hi, Michael!

    Thank you for choosing Amelia.

Please make sure your WordPress Time Zone settings are set to a city, not to UTC format.

Also, when you set Working hours, it's recommended to set them separately for each Employee in Employee's profile. The Amelia -> Settings -> Working Hours & Days Off page is created to indicate the general open hours of the company, but not to set the actual working hours of Employees.

    Hope that will help.

    Best Regards.

    Hi Liza,

wordpress timezone settings are set to a city (Berlin), but the times are still not correct.

The working ours are set correctly for that employee.

    See this page:

    https://dominiquebecker.com/leistungen/

Working ours are set from 9-17 and not 8-16.

    Regards,

    Michael

    Hi, Michael!

Please make sure you have updated Amelia to the recent version 3.1.2.

Could you please provide us a temporary WP Admin access, so we will investigate the issue? You can post the credentials as a reply to this ticket, just make sure you use private mode.

We don't interfere with any data except for the plugin and, of course, we don't provide login details to a third party.

    Best Regards.
