When you're creating or editing an event, you need to select the Zoom User ID in the drop-down section below. When you save it, it will generate a link that will be used for the event.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
The issue you had occurred due to the amount of characters - content in Event's Description. We deleted the description, saved the event, and the Zoom links generated, and then we added the description again, and it now works.
Until our developers fix this issue, please save the event first, and then add the description.
Hello,
I am making a lot of Events but some of the Events does not show Zoom meeting link.
I think I do the same operations but it happens.
Is there any solution that re-create zoom meeting on existing Events?
