Different UI on different theme of WP

    Hello TMS,

I have just purchased Amelia plug-in and currently testing it out on the Bridge and Ohio theme of my WordPress sites. After applying shortcodes on the newly created WordPress Page, I checked the front-end site.

However, some issues appeared as I applied it to both Bridge and Ohio theme respectively.

    1) Front-end UI on Bridge Theme: UI is pretty much different from what I had expected. The layout is not centered, the calendar appears as default (normally it should appear as I click on the ‘continue’ button)

    2) Front-end UI on Bridge Theme: I don’t see any service lists (I’ve created them all) but just a calendar is shown.

Please let me know how I can possibly use this well without encountering any issues. I wonder if this plug-in makes errors on certain themes.

    Thanks,

    SL

    Hi Selim,

thank you for purchasing Amelia, and for contacting us!

At the moment, we are unable to guarantee on which themes Amelia will 100% fully work, as there are many themes available, and new ones created daily.

Also, the themes get updated individually by their own developers.

We are working to make Amelia fully compatible with as many themes as possible; thank you for letting us know about compatibility for these two.

    Thank you for understanding.

    thanks for the reply.

I think I havent been fully gotten the answer or solutions from you in terms of theme compatibility followed by my previous inquiry.

Amelia should work well with any themes no matter I use bridge or ohio. Have you looked at the attached files I put up  Ticket #2728904 ?what would you suggest to solve this UI issue?

Previous answer by you was not helpful for me to figure out this problem.

Please let me know HOW TO FIX this issue!

    Hi Selim,

thank you for the kind reply!

As advised, in case that Amelia works for you on one theme, and it does not display well on another, then that is a compatibility issue with the theme in question.

Yes, I have checked the screenshots that were previously sent, thank you for providing them.

We are working on making Amelia compatible with as many themes as we can, however, like I said since these themes are being updated individually by their own developers, and there is a large amount of themes (some even being released daily, new ones), we are unable to keep up with 100% of all themes on Word Press.

In case that issue persists on any theme you set, then we can check to see if there is any issue from Amelia's side that we can fix. However, if Amelia displays incorrectly on one theme in particular, and works fine on another, then it's the compatibility, and there isn't much that we can do there.
