In order to create tables from existing Gravity Forms, you need to have:

1. Gravity Forms
2. wpDataTables
3. Gravity Forms Integration for wpDataTables add-on

If Google Translate properly translated your questions:

1. The data is, by default, visible to everyone, unless you limit the data so it's editable and viewable only for users who entered that data. This is only possible if your users are logged into your WordPress site, and if you enable "Editing" for the table. 

2. If you make the table editable, it will be editable entirely - you can't select which column and row will be editable when using Gravity Forms as a data source.

3. There are limitations to the add-on, so if you have images, or any other attachments in the form, editing the table is not recommended, because it will remove attachments from the database. We're working on resolving this, but I don't have an ETA.

We don't have an Italian translation yet. There are no translators in our company, so we depend on our customers to help us with this, and no one provided the translation yet.
