We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE add more payment processors, I now have to spend long periods of time to find an alternative to Amelia WP because Stripe is the ONLY fluid payment option that my client CAN NOT USE, and the WooCommerce integration creates a TERRIBLE UX.
I have a client that can not use Stripe, because stripe doesn't allow merchants that have 'risky' businesses. They are called "Practical Defensive ****" and teach people how to use guns SAFTLEY. You'd think that's a good business... But stripe says, nope. too risky.
PLEASE give us alternatives to stripe. They also need to take deposits online so cash is not acceptable.

(Preferably add that one, which is HUGE and is a payment gateway so it has thousands of actual processors), I am OKAY if you charge an extra % or development fee, PLEASE add it within the next 2 months. I do not want to have to waste so much time looking for Amelia alternatives.)

Unfortunately, we don't have any particular integration for payments currently in plan; however, you can suggest it here.
Users will be able to vote for it and it can be considered in the future. We have a lot of feature requests, the most requested features are in the top of the list and we really try to implement as many new features in each update.
