In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    I am trying to set up notifications for the varying types of photography services I offer, but can't seem to figure out how to setup a different notification for each category. 

    I offer photography sessions as well as wedding and event photography and both have vastly different information needed to the client when booking happens. I don't need my wedding clients to be given information about in studio photo sessions and I don't need my studio clients given information about wedding services etc.

    I know that I can make a landing page for each service but I want to make sure they have a copy of important information and don't just close the browser and lose information they may need.

    Thank you for your purchase.

    I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.

    Email templates cannot be set up per service, employee or category, so they are all used for all bookings on the website. You're also not able to add new notifications to the plugin.
