We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello.
I would like to know if there is the feature to show in the catalog all employees and, for each one, a list of services. Note that this is the opposite of what is currently described in the list of features, which for each service shows a list of employees.
To put it in context, I would like to use the plugin to manage mentoring schedules with different mentors. Each of them can, however, offer different types of mentoring (different times, prices and areas).
In addition, I would also like to know if there is a possibility to purchase credits, which would be available from the customer panel so that you can use them to purchase any services in the future.
I thank you for your attention.
Hi, Athus!
I apologize for the delayed response.
And thank you for your inquiry.
1. There's a shortcode for displaying Services of only one Employee in the Catalog view: [ameliacatalog employee=1].
Unfortunately, Amelia has no feature that would allow to create a page with Employees' profiles. However, it can be achieved through some workaround: you can create a page with Employees' profiles in a page builder and just add Amelia booking forms for each of these Employees separately through a button that will link to a page with the [ameliacatalog employee=1] shortcode:
Employee 1 -> Button 2 -> page with [ameliacatalog employee=1];
Employee 2 -> Button 2 -> page with [ameliacatalog employee=2],
etc.
So in the end it will work the way you require.
2. There's no feature that will allow to purchase credits, but probably it can be achieved through Coupons. This way the customers will purchase Coupons and then use them for Services while booking. You can find more information about how Coupons work in Amelia here.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.
Best Regards.
