In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I am using Amelia only with Special Day.
There is no setting on Working ours and day off in both Global setting and Staff setting.
Now I make time slot "April 10th, 2021" in Special Day but the time slot doesn't appear on customer calendar view.
But When I make time slot "April 17th, 2021", "April 18th, 2021" which is weekend as the same as "April 10th, 2021", it appears.
And other weekdays time lost does appear well.
Is there any setting that block to open Special Day on weekend?
I set "Minimum time required before booking" 30days.

This is fixed. I was putting two periods in the same day separately.
I should put two periods in one Special Day.

I am happy to hear this worked!
You can also make multiple shifts for your employee in one day for different services, they can work from 8-10 in one service, 10-12 in another and so on.
