Hi, i have managed to connect the plugin to the clients zoom account successfully.
How does the plugin generate the links for the zoom classes? Does it generate a new link for each class on each date, then everyone who signs up to it gets the same link?, then the next date will be a different link?
She already has individual zoom links setup for the various classes, so is there a way link the specific services to the specific zooms she has setup?
A bit more informaiton on how th ezoom integration works would be useful, thanks.
The plugin creates the meeting, and the link automatically (programmatically). If your event or appointment accepts more than one customer (max capacity set to >1), the same link will be sent to all customers. Each new appointment and/or event will generate a new link.
Zoom user needs to be connected to the employee, so when you enable Zoom in Service settings, the employee that was used for booking will be attending that Zoom call - it's assigned to the employee who is connected to the Zoom account in Amelia/Employees/Employee's profile.
Same goes for Events - you select the Zoom account the event will be associated to when you create or edit the event.
