We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello dear Team, 

    I have created Services within multiple Service Categories and I created multiple Employees but at front end there is no slots to choose Service Categories and Employees. How can I make them show on front end, so users can choose first >Service category than >Service and then >Employees? 

    -Ticket Update: okay employees slot is shown now. I didn't assign services properly to all employees.

    When I go 'Customize' there is an enabled option 'Bringing Anyone with You?' what is this option for and is there a reason why I can't disable it?  And right below is '+Add Extra' button which doesn't react either when clicking it. Is this how I normally would create a slot with 'Service Categories' ? is it an error that those options are frozen?

    I apologize for the delayed response, we don't work on weekends.

    And thank you for choosing Amelia.

    So, as far as I understand, the remaining issue is the one that relates to the Customization page. 

    These options on the Customization page are meant to demonstrate the way Amelia looks. This page is created for changing the colors and font, so the booking form on the right shows how it will look after the changes are applied.
