In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I apologize for the delayed response.
At the moment it is not possible to book multiple appointments at once, unfortunately. WooCommerce integration is playing the role of payment getaway in Amelia, so some options like WooCommerce login or cart are not available through this integration. That's why if your Customers try to add one more appointment to the cart, the first one is being removed.
As far as I can see, you have a Pro license, therefore you can use Packages for selling multiple appointments.
Also, you can suggest multiple bookings feature on our website. The most requested features will be implemented in the coming updates.
