In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I have a question. I have different services, which haves different durations.
I want service A (which take 30m), can booked untill 17:00. And service B (which take 60m), can booked untill 16:00. So the endtime of the employee's day can be different. Is this possible?

I apologize for the late response as we don't work on weekends.
You can set one employee to work two services, and they can have a different duration. However, employee can only have one end working time, either until 16 or 17. It would be needed to create 2 employees for this, however, please bear in mind that the service that lasts until 17 would still be open.
