We have our Amelia plugin connected to our stripe account to take payments for appointments. How do we issue refunds if someone cancels and appointment?

Thank you for your purchase.
Amelia doesn't have any built-in features that would allow you to issue refunds automatically. You will need to do that from Stripe.
In order to see which customer, appointment, employee, date and time the appointment is related to, please go to Amelia Settings/Payments/ and add MetaData and Description, which will be forwarded to Stripe.
