A customer recently made us aware of a bug where emails are not sent out for recurring sessions. If a customer schedules a recurring session and books more than one session in a given order, the customer, and the employee will only receive one email with the details for one of the sessions. This will easily lead to missed appointments, and we will have to disable the recurring appointments feature until this is fixed.
Have you configured the %recurring_appointments_details% placeholder? If you have, did you add it to your employees' and customers' notification templates?
This placeholder is specifically used for recurring appointments, and you can configure it below the email notification, and include it in the template. We haven't had any reports that this doesn't work correctly.
